why did i paint this?

i keep a stack of cards with sayings i've used, would like to use, or that i just cant quite get the words right.  

one evening i was going through for a bit of inspiration - and came accross what was. a note once taped to the door and was somehow placed in the stack - it read . . . 

"back soon, walking dog."

this is the smaller version of the popular large and colorful back soon walking dog.

is it framed?

it certainly can be, yes.  all frames are made of up-cycled construction site leftovers. i would love to include a frame on all of them all, however ...   it's just me and the increasing demand for the frames is more time than i have allotted.

so, the price listed is with frame, select "gallery wrapped canvas only," if you would like to hang with painted edges or would like a frame that better compliments you aesthetic. 

can i paint you something similar?

probably not maybe, but change is uncomfortable.  and i've found repeating an original idea postpones kent from finding himself.
